German VAT Status
Pursuant to the German Kleinunternehmerregelung under § 19 UStG, Mod Studios does not charge or display VAT on invoices for customers located in Germany or elsewhere within the European Union.
International Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside Germany, any import duties, customs charges, import VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Prices

Payment

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Carrier
Orders are shipped exclusively through DHL International unless otherwise stated.
Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within seven (7) calendar days following order confirmation unless otherwise specified during checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times displayed at checkout are provided for convenience only and begin once DHL has received the shipment. Such estimates are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products transfer to you when the shipment is delivered to DHL or another designated carrier.
Claims relating to packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit should be submitted directly to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days following delivery.
Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be unused, in substantially original condition, and returned with any included accessories or packaging where reasonably possible.
