Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. Once your shipment is prepared, tracking information will be automatically sent via email.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. See Terms and Conditions for further information.

Product Guarantee
Each product is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any product that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to info@modstudios.co within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for a return, replacement or refund.

Claims for damaged or defective goods must include photographs of the product, the damage and the original packaging.

Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from Germany. For orders delivered within Germany, the prices displayed on our website include applicable German VAT (MwSt.), and no additional duties or taxes will be charged at delivery.

For orders shipped outside Germany, prices may be subject to local duties and taxes. Any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of th erecipient and may be collected upon delivery.
